Referrals can come in from any health care provider, school, community member or family member OR the person themselves.
Client and Family Clinic to Community Sessions Completed
Clinic To Community (C2C) is the educational presentation that is done with the client and family members (if desired) to provide information about a life with epilepsy. It also sets the client up with a network of supports and reduces the burden on families and the health care system.

Clients may invite family members, friends or support persons to these appointments.
School Presentations (Classroom Presentations or Teacher Presentations
Presentations, based on the audience are offered to both classrooms and teachers in schools across London and Middlesex.
